Scott Harry is a government affairs and external relations leader with more than 25 years of experience advancing policy, building stakeholder coalitions, and navigating complex regulatory environments across the Rocky Mountain region.

He has shaped legislation, negotiated framework agreements with state agencies, managed contract lobbyists, and represented organizations before elected officials and regulators at every level.
